- 400g of tomatoes (diced)
- 2 yellow onions (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (diced)
- 1 celery stick (diced)
- 1 carrot (diced)
- Bay leaf (dried, to taste)
- Thyme (dried, to taste)
- 1l vegetable stock
- Butter
Instructions
- Put a large pot over medium heat and add butter.
- Add onions, garlic, carrot, celery and tomate paste and tomatoes, each time waiting for a couple of minutes in between en stirring occasionally.
- Add vegetable stock and seasonings and boil for 30 minutes.
- Remove bay leaves and blend to desired consistency.
