No-knead bread

Delicious with salted butter. Like eat-the-whole-bread delicious.

- 450g all-purpose flour
- 3g instant yeast
- 12g salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour and instant yeast.
- Add 400ml of water and stir until blended.
- Add salt and mix until well combined.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rest for at least 12 hours.
- Lightly flour a work surface and place dough on it.
- Fold it over itself twice, turning 90 degrees after first fold.
- Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a ball, put it on a kitchen towel coated with flour, place another towel on top of it and let rest for 2 hours.
- At least 30 minutes before the end of the rest, heat oven to 230°C. Place a sufficiently large cast iron pot with lid in the oven while preheating.
- When the dough has rested, place in the heated pot, cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake for another 15 to 30 minutes until loaf is nicely browned.
