Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 120g butter (melted)
- 140g granulated sugar
- 280g all-purpose flour
- 12g baking powder
- 12g vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a rectangular baking pan.
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
- Fold in the flour and and baking powder until the mixture is smooth
- Pour the mixture in the greased pan.
- Bake for 60 to 75 minutes. Banana bread is ready when sticking in a knife comes out clean.
